Burger company launches 3 more outlets in North India.

The changing food habits of the young Indians is resulting in the increasing size of the QSR segment. Burgers are surely dominating this segment, as they rule the hearts of the young, the old, and the kids alike. Burgers are now modern Indian snacks. However, maintaining the taste and quality consistency across the outlets has always remained a major challenge for every brand But not for The Burger Company, a Gurugram based firm redefining the fast food concept in India through its carefully crafted menu, modern yet comfortable interiors and warm hospitality. The Burger Company was started by a young couple and it became an instant hit and famous for its Big Gourmet Burgers. They have created varieties that stick to the Indian taste buds.


They have outlets running in Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad, Noida, Rudrapur, Dehradun & Udaipur. They currently have 12 running outlets and have added 3 more last week. Newly opened Sector 31, Gurgaon is their first Premium Store in Delhi NCR while Rohini is another signature outlet in Delhi NCR. They have also entered Punjab market with their first store in Chandigarh.


On the occasion of opening 3 new Outlets, Neelam Singh, Founder of The Burger Company said “We are delighted to open 3 more outlets this week. Sector 31 is our 4th outlet in Gurgaon whereas Rohini is 2nd in Delhi. With Chandigarh we have entered the Punjab market which we believe is one of the most prominent market for our brand. We have been working on regional additions to our menu and have started with PUNJABI GABRU Burger in Punjab. We will be launching many more region specific flavours in near future and sure that foodies will like them.
With these 3 new Outlets the tally stands at 15 operational outlets for the Brand. The company have aggresive expansion plans and have already signed 15 more outlets which will be opened in first half of this year. By the end of 2021 The Burger Company aims to open atleast 50 outlets across country.
According to Neelam Singh , India is a massive food market with a great potential. The Burger Company can thrive well in this enormous market. Therefore, we aim to provide high-quality, unique tasting Burgers to the locals, offering them a wide range of options. 
The Burger Company is well-known for some of the amazing choices of Big Burgers that include Mexican Marvel, The Ghost Rider, Legendary Lamb, and The Big Egg. They have received out-spilling love and excellent response to these selections. Such a great response to their range has motivated them to expand their operations throughout the nation. It is the immense love of their consumers that has helped The Burger Company to have an appetite to expand.

Smoke Lab Vodka x Lalit Bar Training Program

Smoke Lab, India’s pioneering premium spirits brand, has partnered with The Lalit Suri Hospitality School and Keshav Suri Foundation to launch the country’s first bartending training program for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. This initiative aims to provide them with professional training and career opportunities in the hospitality industry. As part of its ongoing CSR efforts, Smoke Lab is committed to fostering inclusivity and professional growth through this groundbreaking program.

Scheduled from April 1st to April 5th, 2024, the training will take place at The Lalit Suri Hospitality School in Faridabad and will be led by internationally renowned bartender and LGBTQIA++ advocate, Fay Barretto from Mr. Bartender & The Crew. The program offers hands-on training in bartending techniques, cocktail crafting, and hospitality essentials while celebrating the vibrant history and contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community within the industry. Participants will undergo a learning experience covering the fundamentals of bartending, cocktail mastery with a focus on the rainbow spectrum for the upcoming Pride Month (June). 

This initiative is a partnership, spearheaded by Varun Jain, Founder and CEO of Smoke Lab, and Keshav Suri, Executive Director of The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and Founder, Keshav Suri Foundation. Both leaders share a vision of creating diverse, inclusive spaces and providing equal opportunities in the hospitality sector. “As a brand committed to sustainability and inclusivity, Smoke Lab believes in giving back to the community in meaningful ways. This collaboration with The Lalit is a step towards fostering professional opportunities for the LGBTQAI++ community, enabling them to thrive in the hospitality industry,” said Varun Jain.

We used to train women and members of the community and inducted them in different bars we consulted for. I’ve waited for this day for a long time and The Keshav Suri Foundation along with Smoke Lab and The Lalit Group is making this vision turn to reality with The BootCamp experience! Can’t Wait.

More than just a training program, this initiative represents a movement towards an inclusive future, where talent is nurtured regardless of gender identity or economic background. The participants will showcase their newly acquired skills in a grand finale event led by Fay Barret and her team, highlighting the art of mixology in an inclusive and celebratory environment.
