On February 11, DJ Sumit Sethi and Meet Kaur launched their new wedding song “jhanjraan” in warehouse cafe cp, Delhi. The song is presented by Babli Singh and Tejwant Singh Lamba and launched under Shemaroo label.
On asked about the origin of the song, Sumit Sethi said –
“The song is the brain child of Tejwant Singh Lamba and Babli Singh. It is in the form of a movie following the traditions of Indian wedding, the bitter sweet fights between the bride and groom side’s add the charms of the song.”
The punjabi singer Meet Kaur told the media ” I am very happy I received a chance to work with DJ Sumit Sethi, I really enjoyed singing the song because of it’s amazing lyrics and music. The whole team of jhanjraan has worked really very hard to make this song a successful one and it’s very special to me”.
The song is already receiving alot of appreciation on Tik Tok and YouTube, Sumit added further and is hoping the song will soon be on the top of the chart.
