SHANGRI-LA’S – EROS HOTEL, NEW DELHI PRESENTS NAVRATRI SPECIAL BUFFET AT TAMRA

Navratri is a festival that honours the Mother Goddess in all her manifestations. It is a festival full of worship and dance and is celebrated all over India. Over the course of nine days, the Mother Goddess is worshipped in her various forms – Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati.

To honour the mother Goddess during the auspicious Navratri celebration, the Indian culinary team under the helm of Executive Chef, Neeraj Tyagi at Tamra is offering special Navratri delights during lunch and dinner buffet including favourites such as Sabudana ki tikki, Tarboos ka ras, Paneer kesari tikka, Shakarkandi tawa chaat, Khasta aloo chaat, Fresh fruit chaat, Aloo anardana, Paneer makhan wala, Khathi mithi arbi, Samak ke chawal, Sabudana papad, Aloo papad, Sabudana kheer, Sitaphal ki sabji, Aloo ka halwa and  Lauki ki kheer amongst others.
