Cleaning your nails may not seem so important but it is as vital as bathing and washing hands. Taking care of your nails not only makes your hands look clean but also keep you healthy and hygienic.

Ladies always love their nails. They make them look more beautiful, feminine and elegant. Many problematic conditions can be avoided through proper fingernail care. Here are some simple and easy ways to take best care of your nails.


 Rubber Gloves Are Your Friends

Never do the dishes or clean your home without wearing rubber gloves. The chemicals that we use for cleaning are very rugged and can really harm your hands and your nails. They will make your nails weaker, they can also give you nasty burns. So Always wear rubber gloves while cleaning.


Regular Clipping

You really have no reason for keeping your nails super long. Not only that it’s unsuitable, but it also makes you look a bit chancy. So, keep your nails at length that doesn’t come in a way of your everyday work and cut them regularly. Nails that are too long are also much more at risk of breaking.



Moisturize nails and cuticle area

 While applying hand lotion always try to apply the lotion onto your nails and cuticles also. You can also rub a little moisturizer on your nails and cuticles before going to bed. This helps in preventing crumble and remove.


Avoid long soaks

 Soaking of your nails for long intervals into water and exposing them to any kind of detergent leads to weakening of your nails. Try to wear cotton-lined rubber gloves while doing chores that involve such activities.


 Avoid over-use of nail-polish remover

Try to use minimum quantity of nail-polish and nail polish remover and avoid too much of it on your skin or cuticles. Always go for the one which is acetone-free, this is because acetone dries out nails.
