DESSERT THAT MAKES YOUR MOUTH WATERING

Everyone loves to  have dessert as they always have an enticing aroma and tender feeling of moist cake dissolving on your tongue . The course usually consists of sweet foods, and   may include coffee cheese and nuts  or other savory items. In some parts of the world, such as much of central and western Africa, and most parts of China, there is no tradition of a dessert course to conclude a meal.The term “dessert” can apply to many confections, suchas cakes, tarts, cookies, biscuits, gelatins, pastries, icecreams, pies, puddings, custards, and sweet soups. Fruit is also commonly found in dessert courses because of its naturally occurring sweetness. Some cultures sweeten foods that are more commonly savory to create desserts.In India whenever  we want to celebrate our happy moments than we always use dessert to celebrate . So here are the variety of  a dessert and their recipe

1) RED VELVET MACRONS

Refrigerated220 g Liquefied egg white,Baking & Spices ,300 g Caster sugar ,1tbsp Cocoa powder ,1/2 batch Cream cheese frosting ,300 g Icing sugar, pure Nuts & Seeds ,300 g Almonds, ground ,Drinks ,75 g Mineral water Other ,3 teaspoons red food dye (gel. Liquid will NOT work in this recipe)

2) PAAN CAKE   :Refrigerated 1 cup Curd,Condiments 1/3 cup Gulkand / rose petal jam ,Baking & Spices ,3/4 tsp Baking powder ,1/4 tsp Baking soda ,1 1/2 cups Flour/ maida ,3 drops Pink & green food colours ,1/2 tsp Salt ,1/3 cup Sugar ,1 Whipped cream,Nuts & Seeds ,1 Coconut ,1/3 cup Butter, Unsalted ,1/4 tsp Rose essence ,1 Rose petals,Sweet Paan (2),Chopped pista (for decoration)
