Captain Kohli’s fitness Mantra: Train hard or don’t train at all

India’s test captain Virat Kohli maiden Test hundred came against West Indies at Antigua during the first clash of 4- match test series, where the Indian team registered a mammoth 566/8 and later dismissed the West Indies at 243 and 231 runs in first and second innings respectively.

Kohli also greeted with painting made by Viv Richard’s son and now also his artist friend after the first test knock on the Antigua. Kohli has been in great form throughout the year as he scored 1980 runs in all formats. His most destructive form have been seen in the ninth edition of IPL, where he scored 973 runs with four tons and seven fifties.

Kohli’s amendment into a fit athlete because of his improved fitness and his ‘’work ethics” – something which has attracted praise from all quarters. Indian test skipper is a regular gym visitor, and seems to follow the fitness plan even on the tour of West Indies. Skipper Instgramed of him doing weight-lifting exercise.
